As Second in Command of EVO, I would like to formally offer
you the opportunity to merge your alliance with EVO. All of your members would
become a part of a larger, stronger alliance. This would benefit both EVO and
____, since we would be combining our strength, numbers, and experience to
achieve a unilateral goal. We always encourage mergers, and ensure that our
added members are welcomed within EVO, and feel just as safe and comfortable as
